So Where Do I start?

I've been in the call center industry for the last 18 years or so.  I understand the importance of leadership, goal setting and setting the example.  Regarding my call center experience, you can find more detail at GregMeares.com

I've developed call center management products on a variety of topics such as:

• Call Center Motivation

• Call Center Leadership

• Goal Setting

• Team Building

…and many others.  But that's not the focus.  What is important is what I discovered and why.  I was looking for ways to improve my sales on these products.  Then I stumbled on this hot new technology that literally shot my sales through the roof, (to find out what I'm talking about just complete the" instant access" form to the right.)

I began using this technology as a retail customer, to help market my current products.  But I soon found that after I sold my products people were asking me how I was able to do that.  So, I began to refer anybody that would ask to this technology.

Since that time I have become an independent affiliate for them.  This technology is so powerful it literally sales itself.

But my true success didn't come into play until I identified my "WHY."  What I mean is the underlying reason I was in business.  Once I identified why I wanted to become an entrepreneur, everything else fell into place.

My partner Jerry recently put a post up titled, "Why."  And you'll find that we all have similar reasons why.  We just need to articulate them.

Believe it or not life got easier.  I have more time to spend with my wife and kids and I have more time in general.  I even coach my youngest in soccer! 

This picture to the left is my why.  I want to spend more time with them.  I want to know them and I want to be there for them.

Success in a business venture takes on a much larger purpose when you have a strong why.
